This is the complete list of third parties that process personal data on Aegin's behalf, the categories of data each one receives, and the data-processing agreement that governs the relationship. The list is versioned in our codebase — any addition or removal ships as a public commit so the historical record is verifiable.

Generates verdicts on plea submissions, processes Analyst conversations, and produces weekly diagnoses. Acts as our processor; does not use submitted data to train foundation models.
Merchant of record for subscription billing on the global checkout flow. Handles card capture, fraud screening, tax remittance, and refund settlement.
Payment processor for subscriptions billed in INR. Handles UPI, Indian cards, and net banking; remits refunds where eligible.
Receipt validation and subscription-state synchronisation for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Acts as our processor; receives Apple/Google receipts and the pseudonymous user identifier we provide.
Sign-In with Apple authentication when you elect to sign in with an Apple ID.
Sign in with Google authentication when you elect to sign in with a Google account.
Delivers transactional and account-lifecycle email on our behalf (verification, password reset, billing receipts, account notices). Acts as our processor under written terms; does not use account data for any independent purpose.
